We do not specifically offer ‘Concierge Services’ as we feel that many such services involve price bidding and referral fees paid to the real estate company offering the 'service’ by the contractor. 

Concierge Services are just another profit center for many real estate companies.

In our opinion, this costs you twice, first when a contractor bids a low services price to get on the recommended business list and secondly when the contractor has to pay a referral fee to the referral originating real estate company. The typical contractor retains his profit margins and reduces the quality and quantity of services.  The work is completed unsatisfactorily but you have to pay anyway or they will file a lien ... this is just not our idea of a successful venture.
